Business Valuation

The value of an interest in a privately held company, as opposed to stock in a public company, is usually unknown because there is no active market to sell or trade that interest from which to ascertain a value. Business valuations are performed for a variety of reasons from determining a value for estate administration and planning, to marital disputes, to succession planning, to name a few.

At Raiche & Company, our valuations are performed by a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). CVAs adhere to rigorous certification and re-certification in order to maintain this very important credential. As a CVA, professionals must continuously monitor current developments, including court cases in the field and participate in a quality enhancement program.

Utilizing the expert service of Raiche & Company is the first step in determining accurate opinion of value to suit your needs or the needs of the Company you serve.
