Our Team
Mr. Raiche is the President of Raiche & Company CPA's, P.A. and has been practicing public accounting for 29 years. He is a graduate of Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed to practice in both Maine and New Hampshire. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Larry concentrates his efforts in the areas of real estate development, professional service firms, the hospitality industry, and the construction industry. He is currently focuses a large portion of his time performing cost segregation studies on real estate properties which maximize the allowable depreciation deductions. Through this service, he has assisted commercial real estate owners defer hundreds of thousands of tax dollars, enabling them to grow their business and take significant strides at growing the southern New Hampshire region.
Mr. Raiche volunteers a significant amount of time to St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover. He has been activity involved in the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Wentworth Douglass Hospital Foundation.

Mark joined Raiche & Company in 2004 and was admitted as a Partner of the firm in January 2008. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and a 1993 graduate of Husson College with a Masters of Science in Business and a Bachelors degree in Public Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mark concentrates his efforts in the areas of construction, hospitality, printers, non-profits and professional services. Mark has over fifteen years experience serving as a professional accounting and tax advisor to a wide variety of clients.
Furthermore, he concentrates much of his efforts in the areas of accounting, management advisory services and auditing services to clients in the non-profit sector. He believes that taking an active role with these clients enables them to allow their boards to make better decisions and operate more efficiently.
Mark Boulanger is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Through his specialty and experience as a CVA, Mark is extremely qualified to assist clients, attorneys, and other professionals in determining the value of closely held businesses. Business valuations opined by Mark can be used to substantiate business value in Estate and Gift tax issues, succession planning and litigation support, as well as many other uses.
Tracy A. Burnett, Staff Accountant
Tracy has been with Raiche & Company CPA's, PA since December 2007. Tracy is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, aspires to be a CPA and provides tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll services for several of our clients. Tracy graduated in 1998 from the University of Maine in Farmington with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and graduated in May 2007 from the University of Southern Maine with a Masters of Science in Accounting.
Melanie joined Raiche and Company in January 2010. Melanie is a Certified Public Accountant and a 1993 graduate of Bentley College, Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting. Melanie is also a Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) and a member of the National Institute of Certified College Planners (NICCP).
Through her specialty as a CCPS, Melanie works closely with families to assist them with maximizing the amount of financial aid they will receive from their child’s college. Melanie can also assist in developing strategies to help families, not eligible for financial aid, reduce the amount of “out of pocket” college costs. Through various financial and tax strategies she is able to minimize the cost of education at the college of their choice.
Melanie has volunteered a significant amount of her time at Barrington Elementary School and Melanie is a Board Member and Treasurer of a local non-profit organization. In October 2008, the NH Partner’s In Education recognized Melanie as the NH School Volunteer Coordinator of the year.
Shaun P. O’Rorke, Senior Accountant
Shaun has been with Raiche & Company CPA's, PA since October 2011. Shaun is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a CPA candidate. Shaun graduated in 2005 from Merrimack College, North Andover, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated in November 2010 from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Science in Accounting.
